FAQs

If you have any questions about Heroes For Causes (H4C), you’ve come to the right place!

Here are some of our most Frequently Asked Questions.

Q: Are you a Non Profit Organization (NPO)?

A: Not at this time, as demand increases we may seek NPO status.

Q: Are my donations or contributions deductible?

A: As we are not yet a Non Profit Organization (NPO) the short answer is not yet. We do work with many NPOs and charitable organizations, so if your contribution needs to be deductible, we can direct you to contribute to one of these great partners!

Q: Why did you pick Super Heroes to help children?

A: There is something magical that happens when a child puts on a cape. They forget about the world’s worries, if even for a moment. And it is that moment, those smiles that we want to bring to children across the world and to give them their very own super hero that they can connect with.

Q: I’d like to volunteer, how do I get involved?

A: We are always looking for help to expand the cause. Currently we are looking for administrative, PR, social media and advertising volunteers. If this sounds like a cause you’d like to get behind please contact us here.

Q: How much does it cost to tackle a new cause or super hero comic book?

A: The full budget to take on a new cause and create a new super hero with its own comic book is $10,000. This breaks down into approximately $5,000 for production, $2,500 for printing, $1000 for live event display and boothing and $1500 for marketing, web and public relations. We try to stretch our budget as much as possible, so many of the folks that work us do so at a subsidized cost to help us do more good for less!
